# Delete your Ennap.com account

You can delete your **Ennap.com** account and its data at any time. Your account is the same on the **Ennap.com app** (Android and iPhone) and on the website.

**How to delete your account:**
1. **In the app:** Account → **Delete account** → **Delete my account**, then confirm.
2. **Without the app:** email us at **hello@ennap.com** from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", or send the same request through our [contact page](https://ennap.com/pages/contact). We may ask you to confirm the request before we carry it out.

**What we delete:**
Your account and personal data: your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, interests, points, store credit and coupons.

**What we keep:**
Order and invoice records, for as long as the law requires, and the data needed to prevent fraud, no longer linked to an account you can use.

**When:**
We complete your request within **30 days**. If you have an order on its way, we'll contact you first.
