# How to Track Your Order?

At [**Ennap.com**](https://ennap.com), we give you several easy and convenient ways to follow your order status, so you can stay up to date with everything that happens to it.

### Ways to track your order:

1. **SMS notifications:**
* As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive notifications directly by SMS on the phone number you entered when placing the order.
* These messages include updates on the order status, such as "Order confirmed", "Shipped" or "Delivered".

2. **Email notifications:**
* In addition to SMS, you will receive detailed notifications by email containing full information about your order, including the order number and the tracking number (if available).

3. **Through your account on the website:**
* Sign in to your account on [**Ennap.com**](https://ennap.com) using the email address or phone number linked to the order.
* Go to the "[My orders](https://ennap.com/account)" section in your dashboard.
* You will find a list of all the orders you have placed, with the status of each order clearly shown.

4. Order status details:
* When you click on any order inside the "[__My orders__](https://ennap.com/account)" section, you will see additional details such as the order status (confirmed, being prepared, shipped or delivered) as well as shipping information.

5. Direct order tracking link:
* You can also track your order directly through [the dedicated link](https://ennap.com/a/track) using your order number and phone number.

* If you have any difficulty tracking your order, you can contact our customer service team by phone, WhatsApp or email.
* Make sure you enter the correct phone number and email address when placing your order so that you receive all notifications.
