# Password recovery

There is no need for a **password recovery** process in our store, because we use a modern sign-in system based on a **one-time password (OTP)**.

**How does it work?**
* All you need to do is go to the [sign-in page](https://account.ennap.com/?locale=en&region_country=EG).
* Enter your registered email address.
* You will immediately receive a message containing a **6-digit code**.
* Enter the code in the field provided and you will be [signed in](https://account.ennap.com/?locale=en&region_country=EG) straight away.
* Every time you [sign in](https://account.ennap.com/?locale=en&region_country=EG), you get a new code that can only be used once.

**Alternative options:**
* If you prefer, you can also [sign in](https://account.ennap.com/?locale=en&region_country=EG) using your **Google** account, easily and without any extra steps.
