# Paying with store credit

If you have **credit available in your account**, you can easily use it to reduce your order total, or cover it in full, while you shop.

### How to use store credit:
1. [Sign in](https://help.ennap.com/en/article/how-to-create-an-account-and-sign-in-ooyos0/) to your store account.
2. Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
3. Go to the **checkout** page.
4. If you have credit available, the **Use store credit** option will appear automatically.
5. The amount used will be deducted from your order total before you complete the payment.

### Important notes:
* You can use your store credit **partially or in full**, depending on your order total.
* If your order total is higher than your store credit, you can choose another payment method to cover the remaining amount.
* Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
