Price match policy

If you find the same product at a lower price at another trusted store inside Egypt, we may be able to match that price, provided the product is exactly the same as ours and the matching conditions apply.
Our goal is for you to get the best value for what you pay, without compromising on the quality of the product or the service.

Price match conditions:
A price match may be approved when all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is identical in model, specifications, colour and capacity.
• The product is new and unused.
• The warranty type and duration are the same as ours.
• The product is in stock at the other store and ready to buy.
• The price is clearly advertised and available to all customers.
• The price does not result from a discount coupon, a special membership, a limited-time offer, a clearance sale, or a pricing error.
• The other store is a trusted store operating inside the Arab Republic of Egypt.

How to request a price match:
You can contact our customer service team and send one of the following:

1. A link to the product page at the other store.
2. Or a clear picture showing:

   • The product name.
   • The advertised price.

We may ask for additional information if we need to verify the product or warranty details before reviewing your request.

How is the request reviewed?
Once we receive your request, our team checks that the product, the price, the warranty terms and availability all match.
If the request meets all the conditions, we will let you know that we can match the price before you complete your purchase.

Why is our price not always the lowest?
We always aim to offer competitive prices, but price is not the only thing we focus on.
We believe the best value does not always mean the lowest price. It also means:

• A clear, approved warranty.

So you may sometimes find a lower price elsewhere, but we are always glad to review your request and try to offer you the best possible deal whenever the matching conditions are met.
