# When are loyalty points added to my account?

Loyalty points are added to your account according to your order status, to keep the experience fair for all customers.

### How points are credited:
* Points are not added as soon as an order is placed.
* Points are credited after the order has been **completed and delivered successfully**.
* If an order is cancelled or returned, no points are counted for it.

### Notes:
* Points may take a little while to appear after your order is delivered.
* You can follow your points balance inside your account, in the **Loyalty & points program** section.
