# When will my order arrive?

At [**Ennap.com**](https://ennap.com) we aim to provide the fastest and best delivery service possible. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method you choose during checkout.

### Delivery options and times:

1. **Pickup from our office:**
* If you choose to collect your order from our office, the order is usually ready for pickup within two hours of being placed.
* Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification by phone call or SMS confirming that it is ready for collection.
* Office address: 72 Hassan El Maamoun Street, Nasr City, Cairo.

2. **Delivery to your address:**
* If you choose delivery to your address, your order is usually delivered within a time frame that depends on your location:
* In main cities: delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
* In remote areas: delivery may take 3 to 5 working days.
* You can follow your order status and see the expected delivery time through the tracking link sent to you once your order has shipped.

### Important notes:
* Delivery times are counted from the moment the order is confirmed, not from the moment it is placed.
* If you have any specific notes about the delivery time, you can add them during checkout and we will do our best to accommodate them.
* Our working days do not include public holidays.

### How to check your order status:
* You will receive notifications by email or SMS keeping you updated on your order status.
* You can also check your order status through your account on our website, in the "My orders" section.
