How to Track Your Order?

Ways to track your order:

- Through your account on the website:
- Sign in to your account on Ennap.com using the email address or phone number linked to the order.
- Go to the "My orders" section in your dashboard.
- You will find a list of all the orders you have placed, with the status of each order clearly shown.
- Order status details:
- When you click on any order inside the "My orders" section, you will see additional details such as the order status (confirmed, being prepared, shipped or delivered) as well as shipping information.
- Direct order tracking link:
- You can also track your order directly through the dedicated link using your order number and phone number.

- If you have any difficulty tracking your order, you can contact our customer service team by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Make sure you enter the correct phone number and email address when placing your order so that you receive all notifications.
