Delete your Ennap.com account

You can delete your Ennap.com account and its data at any time. Your account is the same on the Ennap.com app (Android and iPhone) and on the website.

How to delete your account:

1. In the app: Account → Delete account → Delete my account, then confirm.
2. Without the app: email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", or send the same request through our contact page. We may ask you to confirm the request before we carry it out.

What we delete:
Your account and personal data: your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, wishlist, interests, points, store credit and coupons.

What we keep:
Order and invoice records, for as long as the law requires, and the data needed to prevent fraud, no longer linked to an account you can use.

When:
We complete your request within 30 days. If you have an order on its way, we'll contact you first.
