Password recovery

There is no need for a password recovery process in our store, because we use a modern sign-in system based on a one-time password (OTP).

How does it work?

• All you need to do is go to the sign-in page.
• Enter your registered email address.
• You will immediately receive a message containing a 6-digit code.
• Enter the code in the field provided and you will be signed in straight away.
• Every time you sign in, you get a new code that can only be used once.

Alternative options:

• If you prefer, you can also sign in using your Google account, easily and without any extra steps.
