How to use / redeem loyalty points

You use your loyalty points by first redeeming them for a discount coupon, then applying that coupon while completing your payment.

Steps to redeem your points:

1. Sign in to your store account.
2. Click the account icon, then choose Profile.
3. Go to the Loyalty & points program section.
4. Choose the number of points you would like to redeem.
5. Once redeemed, a discount coupon linked to your account will be created.

Steps to use the coupon:

1. Add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart.
2. Go to the checkout page.
3. Enter the coupon code created from redeeming your points in the discount code field.
4. The coupon value will be deducted from your order total before you complete the payment.

Important notes:

• You must redeem your points into a coupon first before you can use them.
• The points coupon is valid for use according to the terms of the loyalty program.
• If your order total is higher than the coupon value, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.
• Loyalty points and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
