What is the loyalty and points program?

The loyalty program is a rewards system designed to reward our customers for continuing to shop with us.
Every purchase you make earns you loyalty points, which you can collect and later redeem for discounts or gifts.

Program benefits:

• Earn points with every eligible purchase.
• Redeem points for discounts or selected products.
• Extra offers and rewards for loyalty members on special occasions.

How to earn points:

• Points are calculated automatically when a purchase is completed.
• You can see your points balance inside your account, in the Loyalty program or Points section.

How to use points:

• At checkout, you can choose to use some or all of your points balance to reduce the value of your order.
• The discount resulting from your points is shown right before you complete the payment.

Notes:

• Points cannot be converted into cash.
• Points may expire after a set period, according to the program's policy.
• If you have any problem with how your points were calculated or used, you can contact customer service and we will help you.
